Return Policy

We’ve developed our Return Policy to make returns as easy as possible for you.

Simply complete the online return form for assistance with:

  • Return authorization
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Short Shipped

Damaged items and/or short shipped orders must be reported to Certus Direct LLC / Get It Leased within one business day of receipt. To speed up your processing time, quicker credit and tracking information, please complete the online return form, or contact Customer Service at 1-844-550-3524 for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup. Refunds given within 3 business days after receipt of Authorized Return Goods.

Step 1

Complete the online return form. Your return will be processed within 24 business hours. To verify if your items are eligible for return, please call Customer Service.

Or call 1-844-550-3524 and provide the reason for your return, part number, and order number. Our Customer Care representative will validate that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible for return and issue an RGA.

Step 2

Once your return is processed, you will get an RGA number. Write the RGA number on a label and put it on the package to be returned. Instructions on carrier for return.  If Certus Direct LLC / Get It Leased is at fault, a return shipping label will be issued or a pickup scheduled for all returnable products. Place the return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box. (Please retain the tracking information from your return label for future reference).

Step 3

Return the package with the Certus Direct LLC / Get It Leased issued RGA number and return label to the driver.

Some items cannot be returned to Certus Direct LLC / Get It Leased. These include:

  • Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
  • Goods shipped outside the continental United States
  • Special orders, such as non-catalog items and volume purchases
  • Used products cannot be returned. Products must be new in original packaging.
  • Get It Leased is not responsible for grammar, spelling, or design errors on user designed products.
